Leighton and Karen have provided a great service when I was remortgaging. They kept me informed of all developments as it was going through the process and made sure everything was easy to understand and follow.
They listened to what I wanted and came back with various options that they felt suitable which we then discussed until I was happy with the choice I made.
Day to day I am busy so they made sure I was aware when they needed me to do anything which I appreciated and reminded me in a supportive way if I forgot to do it
I would recommend them to my friends and family so therefore highly rate the service they provided.

Two years ago I rated MAB with 5 stars for an excellent service they provided for us. Unfortunately this time it seems that they have dropped in their quality of service to 4 stars. Both me and my wife left frustrated and confused in more than three occasions as we were receiving mixed or conflicting messages from the advisers/admin people. In one occasion one of the advisers told us that we had to pay some credit penalties before the lender could agree the mortgage deal. Yes, this could have been a simple human error but still caused anxiety and frustration to us.
I have raised all these issues with the mortgage advisor from MAB as I still have trust in them they could improve their service.
We still have confidence in MAB and we still look forward to use their services in the future.
