Honestly phenomenal, Rachel went above and beyond for us!! She was so thorough with everything she talked us through and as first time buyers is hard to understand and get to just with but any silly questions I had for her she would explain them to us on a simpler term. She has kept us up to date with every step of the way giving us little emails or a phone call to tell us our next steps. Another thing Rachel was amazing for was the hours me and my partner worked (office hours finishing at 5/6pm) she accommodated us and managed to get us in on a night working around her family. When my husband became terminally ill, our lives became extremely stressful for many reasons. A crucial factor was the monthly cost of our mortgage and we decided to take action. Due to my husband's poor health, I carried out all my research on my own, not easy! I was impressed with everything I read about the Mortgage Advice Bureau and gave them a call. Because of the uncertainty of our situation, I thought perhaps I'd be advised to wait before applying for the product I had in mind. Phone calls, texts and emails gave us the scope to discuss many details, and finally, it all fell into place and a few months later I have a new affordable mortgage and the financial stress , at least, has gone.
