I cannot recommend Pip from Mortgage Advice Bureau highly enough. He secured a mortgage offer for me despite a late payment showing on my credit file from a year ago, which I had been understandably concerned about. Once my decision in principle was issued, which took less than a day, Pip worked diligently and proactively on every query raised by the lender. What truly sets him apart is that he managed to move me away from a specialist lender and secure a remortgage with a high street lender, something I have not been able to achieve successfully for years. Emma also provided excellent administrative support throughout, ensuring everything was processed efficiently and nothing was overlooked. Together, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. PiP’s knowledge, persistence and clear communication made a real difference, particularly given my circumstances. Pip is worth his weight in gold and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, especially those who may feel their situation is not straightforward.

I found Sean and Sue very professional but also very personable. my personal circumstances are that I came from the angle of a 'mortgage prisoner' paying high rates for many years, trapped with an off stream conglomerate and had been turned down for remortgages on a number of previous occasions. I was batting off the back foot so to speak and not really expecting too much, potentially having to put my family home of 24 years up for sale in the nest few weeks. They put me at ease, went thru all the options, were candid enough to tell me they weren't miracle workers, but 4 weeks later I sit with a mortgage offer from a high street lender at nearly half the rate I was paying, so I guess miracle is really in the eye of the beholder because the work they've done will literally change me and my family's life, I couldn't recommend them highly enough, many thanks guys

Great service. My advisor was available for me almost ALL the time. Knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They have access to more lenders than any other mortgage advisor in the market. I think it was a good decision and I plan on staying with my advisor for the foreseeable future.
