Mortgage Advice Bureau has been a great help from the start. They're very helpful, fast and affordable. They take care of all the paperwork needed to purchase the property and also to obtain the mortgage, so you don't need to submit the same documents twice. Simple online systems to upload your documents and do ID checks. Very quick to reply and asking questions was no problem. I had a very short time frame to get an agreement in principle and they did it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble, Grant was my mortgage advisor and he has been extremely helpful throughout.
