Mine was simple remortgage so not too much to judge on. A couple of minor hiccups with the initial identified lender which led to looking for an alternative which was actually a better deal. They are very quick with their invoices and allowing only 72 hours access to pay via the portal is a bit cheeky especially the final payment when I have not actual received my offer in the post, only their word for it. But all-in-all I think 'Good' is justified.

A wonderful, personal service from Chris Jackson and Hayley Reynolds. They guided us through the process from an initial meeting to discuss our lending ability, through to the mortgage application and insurance arrangements. They were patient and understanding with all of our questions as first time buyers, going above and beyond to help us understand all of the costs and processes involved, including setting us up with solicitors. Additionally we had specific insurance needs which Chris was able to talk us through and arrange the best policies available to us. They were a great help, and we couldn't have done it without them. Absolutely superb. Worth every penny of their fee. Adam Squire was my consultant, and I can honestly say he gets 11 out of 10 for everything he did in helping me. They certainly make everything easy, and ofc. have wide, independent access to all products on the market to pick the best one for you. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I will be doing just that at renewal time in 5 years.
