Stamp Duty Calculator

The Stamp Duty Land Tax Holiday has been extended to 30th June 2021. This is an extension from the previous deadline of 31st March 2021. From 30th June 2021, the threshold will drop to £250,000 until 30th September 2021. Stamp duty thresholds will return back to normal levels from 1st October 2021. More details can be found here.
