Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting a commercial mortgage broker.
Mortgage Advice Bureau is the UK’s largest mortgage network, with access to thosuands of products from dozens of UK lenders. As part of the team at MAB’s Network Partner, you would be working with one of the largest mortgage broking businesses in Scotland.
Mortgage Advice Bureau provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients, from first time buyers applying through help to buy, to families looking to expand their home, to landlords adding to their portfolio.
This is a Full Time Role.
Job Specification:
As Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will be pivotal in guiding clients through the finance process, providing expert advice, and facilitating seamless transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where your contributions will directly impact clients’ success and the company’s growth.

We have been overwhelmed with the amount of leads and need an experienced Adviser on board.
We are based in Edinburgh, but client base is nationwide with many of our introducers working all across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on commercial mortgage options tailored to their needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client financial situations to provide bespoke finance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.
• Process applications efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with the team to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
NB ad-hoc actions (not included above) will be required in line with the needs of the business.
Person Requirements:
• Previous experience in broking in Commercial sector
• Strong understanding of products and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
• Relevant industry qualifications are desirable.

The Package:
• A basic annual salary of £30,500
