Due to our continued expansion, we're looking for a Finance and HR Executive to support and work alongside out Finance and HR Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with recruitment tasks and effectively manage on-boarding of employees
- Maintain employee records
- Complete the weekly commissions statements and organise corresponding payments to Introducers and Network members.
- Proactively manage all data records across the business in relation to HR and Finance
- Prepare the monthly payroll
- Review and process invoices; receivable and payable
- Confidently handle HR and Finance queries in a timely manner
- Minute taking
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Any additional administrative support for the HR and Financial projects as requested by the Finance & HR Director
The Key Skills Required for the Position include:
- Experience in a fast-paced financial or HR position (preferred)
- Excellent accuracy with data input and attention to detail
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role based in Edinburgh city centre.
- Hours of work will be between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday
- £20,000- £25,000 per annum depending on experience
- Preferred start date around April 2020
