Lisa has been in the industry for 22 years where her career began in the conveyancing and she soon developed a love for property. In 2001 Lisa moved into the Estate Agency world as a Negotiator and soon adapted into a variety of different roles which were sales progression, sales valuing, lettings valuing and Area Coaching and Development Manager, which included lead management, financial services and customer service training as well as use of the system.

Whilst being with us here at Brook Lisa has taken on a variety of roles. She has worked alongside Liz assisting with the accounts, all things marketing and most recently is leading the Client Servicing Team generating leads & servicing our clients for our Protection and Re-mortgage team. Lisa prides herself on customer service and has a strict regime each day to ensure that the customer journey is adhered to and all clients are contacted regularly.
