Michelle is the Managing Director and the founder of Brook Financial Services. Michelle always had a desire to work within Financial Services since starting her career in the industry in 1985.

Her desire soon spiralled into a passion for mortgages and after many years as an adviser and being a sales director of two large broker companies and a large estate agency, she decided that she wanted to turn her passion in to a business of her own and in 2010 Brook FS was born.

Michelle developed and grew the business, which was further supported by Belvoir PLC acquiring Brook in 2017 which led to massive opportunities that contributed to increasing the adviser numbers to where it is today with a team of over 250 advisers. Brook partner with many estate agents and a combination of lead sources, specialising in a telephone operation, providing mortgage advice by telephone and face to face.

Michelle’s ethos is to run a tight ship with a family feel and in turn this leads to providing excellent centric customer service. She maintains great relationships with the industry’s figure heads and works hard to ensure that business upholds a great reputation.
