Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) Bingley recently attended a breakfast meeting in Bingley, West Yorkshire, with Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak.

Andrew Milnes, Business Principal/Mortgage Adviser at MAB Bingley, joined dozens of local businesses at the Coffee Lounge café to discuss the various challenges that their respective industries have been facing as of late.

Most of the businesses in attendance – including MAB Bingley - were part of Bingley Chamber of Commerce, of which Andrew has been a member for several years. They also included retailers, estate agents, solicitors, utility brokers and hospitality workers.

During the meeting, Andrew was able to converse with Rishi about the current mortgage market, sharing what brokers and their customers have been experiencing following the impact of September’s mini budget.

“I was delighted to have had the opportunity to recently meet with Rishi Sunak alongside other local businesses,” commented Andrew. “It was a fantastic experience for all involved, and an incredible opportunity for our business to give our views on the current mortgage market and what this means for brokers and their customers.”
