Amy is the Nottingham’s admin manager and has worked for Nottingham/Brook MS for just over 7 years. She started out in the branches then progressed into the admin team and eventually worked her way up to manage the admin team. Amy prides herself in setting an example for the team as they all strive to provide outstanding customer service.
Amy ensures the team guides clients through the whole home buying/remortgage process ensuring all service levels are met. The team work hard to support the mortgage brokers, tackling any problems head-on to ensure the best customer journey.
