Liz now classes herself as a recovering Estate Agent as she was in the business for 33 years. Liz prides herself on customer service and has won awards at the ESTAS for this. Having experienced every role within the Estate Agency business including being a mortgage adviser during this period, Liz then moved into training which included lead generation and her passion, customer service.

Having been with Brook for a number of years now she has worked alongside Michelle to help build the business and works very closely with all existing and new accounts/business partners. Part of her role is recruiting advisers and she is passionate about ensuring ‘the fit’ is right, regular meetings are held with the Brook business partners to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations to maximise their income potential. Liz’s favourite saying is ‘Don’t wait for the phone to ring, make it ring!’. She is also happy to get stuck in to help and support the Brook accounts.
